Growwwlllll

On Saturday, I eliminated sugar...refined sugar, that is...from my diet. Again.

Currently, I am a growling, grumpy-assed bitch. When I'm at my VERY best.

Good luck RLL, you will doubtless feel better in a few days once it is out of your system....till then perhaps your other half should maybe go stay in a hotel?

What? Why would you do such a thing!?!? And right before the holidays!?!? Are you insane!?!?

Why yes, Cheeky, you know VERY WELL that I am! ;)

Thank goodness for Splenda! I hated all of the other artificial sweeteners, but Splenda closely approximates the taste of sugar, without leaving a funky aftertaste. People have no idea how many extra calories and needless unhealthy simple carbohydrates they are consuming a day, just in the sugar that is already added to the processed foods they eat, and the soft drinks they consume, not to mention what they deliberately dump on their breakfast cereal, and into their tea and coffee.

Good for you, for giving it up! Keep it up, and in a couple of weeks, you will not only not miss it, but when you do eat something with sugar in it, it will taste almost too sweet to you. The same thing can be said for eliminating added salt from your diet. I rarely use a salt shaker anymore, and whenever I eat my mother's soups or stews, they taste very salty to me. She doesn't even notice it, because she is so used to it.

Oh dearest RLL♥Luv,
It seems me that you are fishing for compliments ;) Know that I like you WITH the body shape and forms you have. It’s quite right to limit the consumption of sugar, even without a diet. Thanks for sharing the picture. One of these weeks I’ll award you as “Pic of the Week” with it. I’ll let you know in due time.
Tender kisses,
Nadja

My god, I need to do that. However, at the current moment, I'm consuming enough for both of us. Best of luck to you! Don't lose that great figure :)

Oh I've done that before, several times :) because even though they say you can't be, I am addicted to sugar. I always feel better when I've been off refined sugar for a time but right now I am sugar fixin' to the max. Lord that sucks. Welcome to my thighs, can you hear the thunder. If I was wearing cords you could probably see the lightening too HA!
