That's how I've felt for the past week. I've had to force myself to do anything other than sit on the couch. I didn't even want to play in the pool.
Makes me wonder if it's leftover crap from that mono bug I had last year. Or if it's just me being 43 years old. Dammit, how'd *that* happen? How'd I get to be that old?
I feel 10,000 times better today, but all the softball girls are pissed that I didn't make it Tuesday night. And I hate it, too. They're such fabulous blog fodder!
P.S. Say hello to Emily Scott up there. Rowr!

Glad you're feeling better today. I was just telling someone on Twitter the other day that turning 40 had no affect on me, but I've gone down hill super fast since turning 41. Very weird.
I don't know who that Emily Scott chick is, but I think I like her.
Blame it on the hormones!
I am glad you are feeling better! I don't know who Emily is, but my pants got tight.
Glad you're back to feeling your young self.
I'd blame the hormones too. They seem to be a likely culprit of all sorts of malaise. Glad you're feeling better today!
Hey, Emily! She could make anyone feel better, right?
Honest to God, you should have your hormones checked. I had the worst time in my 40's (almost done with 40's). My progesterone was zero. I had no idea. If I had insurance I'd get them all checked & maybe try natural hormones. I think that it makes a great difference. I've had trouble with depression from several deaths in the family, but I've been depressed far longer then I should have. I really think it's hormonal related. Nip it in the bud sister!!! Have them checked, and read about natural hormonal therapy!
Could be you hormones. Anyway 43 isn't old honey, I'm 59 and I don't feel old! :)
I could swear we have the piglet flu in this household....
43 isn't old if you're a guy or one of those Asian women who doesn't know how to age. Otherwise, I recommend drinking yourself into oblivion.
Remember what my 82-year old aunt used to tell me..."Oh, to be 60 again..." You're not old, amiga...you're like the red wine we like to drink (fine and getting finer).
I'm glad you're feeling better!!
Hello Emily...
As for being 43 - pffffft...you are just a puppy! LOL
SOme days we just feel like the poo...but we always bounce back (at least so far!!!)
they say mono can hang on for months
I've just found your site and I am so tickled.... frankly if I was around I love to have my coat off and sit for awhile...
Mono sucks....I know people that have had it for eons. But you can get a follow up check up. Glad you're feeling better.
Glad you are feeling better, I hope that you find the rest of your motivation soon :)
Hubba hubba, curvy in all the right places :)
I think I like Emily.
Don't you hate it when you feel like a steamy pile and you can't even figure out how you got there? Glad some of the mojo is returning!
Rowr! is right! heeeeeellooooo Emily!
I'm glad to hear you are feeling better. I think there's some strange planetary alignment going on, seems like everyone I know has been a bit out of sorts lately.
I think you're just having some "off" days. You're allowed to have them whether sick or not.
The important thing you're feeling better now.
...and Emily Scott is too fine for her own good.
Glad ur feeling mo betta!
43!
Dang I know hills younger than that!
;-)
Sorry to hear you've been ill, but please tell me it's unrelated to being 43. See, I'm 45 and I'm not quite ready to admit that 45 is old.
ROWR Ms Emily!
