EEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKK!

When I arrived home yesterday, My Love was visibly shaken and had emptied her entire stash of BBs on this monster! She and a friend had killed her just moments before I arrived.

Sadly, she's a good snake. But nobody stopped to ask her before loading the BB gun.

How in the HELL did they kill this thing with BBs???

LOL! The only good snake is a dead snake!

I tried to kill one with a BB gun when I was a kid. It really pissed the snake off. hahaha ;-)

poor snake!!!

it would never occur to me to try to terminate a snake with BBs! lol

but then again, i'm a terrible aim!

Good snakes....bad snakes....

any dead snake is OK with me....

I killed something today too, I had enough of cleaning my truck mirrors weekly for the past 6 or 7 weeks. The rear window of the truck is gastly too, along with the bedroom window so I grabbed my 22 pistol in a raging moment, aimed and blew the head off of "Psycho Cardinal"
Thank goodness I missed the mirror or the windsheild of my truck.

I like a woman who can protect the homestead. Although I probably would have used a shovel.

Now you have to throw it on the grill ;)

Yikes. I like to pretend that there aren't any snakes within miles of where I live. Of course, they're probably within 100 feet at any given time here in Hermitage by the woods and lake.

ooooo nooooo.... the poor snake! I looooove snakes! they are such a valuable component of a healthy ecosystem. i know many, many people fear them and i understand that fear can be deep-rooted and universal but it makes me sad, nonetheless.

I think snakes are beautiful. They kill and eat RATS! I would rather have a snake in the house. I feel so bad for the poor little thing.

Our cat caught and brought in a slow worm once - he didn't manage to kill it, though, and it slithered around the kitchen and scared my little brother out of his wits!

I'm not good on snakes - is that one poisonous?

I don't know what a BB is but if I had one I'd have emptied into the snake too! She must be a good shot - it's not a huge snake is it?

I guess your love didn't know about the kill a snake and be cursed, curse. I killed a snake when I was 12 or 13. I have been cursed ever since then.

ARrrrrrr that's cute. well it would've been had it not been murdered!! My nephew had a snake once, a python... he called it Monty! :-) I'd have captured it for you, safely without having to shoot it first... next time give me a call Lol

Looks like a King Snake...they are great to have around...eat rodents AND rattle snakes!! They are immune to rattle snake venom! Keep em around! They are actually quite friendly...however, I wouldn't go sleeping with one!

So, if your house gets over run with mice, you'll know why!

When I find these snakes in our yard, we just get the broom or something, wrap them around it and take them in the woods. They are more scared of you then you are of them! Unless, of course, you shoot them with BB's. Then they come back.

LOL

what the hell....why would anyone kill a snake, especially if it's not poisonous? If it weren't for them, we'd be overrun by rodents...give me a snake over a rat anyday...poor thing. Call animal control next time.....

OMG!

every hair on my body is standing straight up!

*shudder*

Did they kill it on the fence? Or is it more like putting a severed head on a stick?
