We started out with a bed of very tired pansies and leftover tulip foliage.
We planted some baskets.
Trace enjoys sitting by the Rex Begonias.
Took a little time to hunt for four leaf clovers.
Mr. Handsome poses in front of the wicker chairs on the Sunset Porch.
We noticed a patch of daisies in the field beside our house and walked over to enjoy them.
What did you do with your Saturday?

I tried to wallow in bunny, but failed.
Love the doggie pics :)
We visited the parents and enjoyed a night out with friends. :)
2 little ceiling fans went up in the kitchen "...it's just a little project." Uh huh! ;)
Your yard looks great. I went to kickboxing, ran errands, took my children to a birthday party, then to a 1st holy communion party, then Hubman and I went to a grown up party.
man, what a nice collection of pics, and great doggies!
Saturday? Spent the evening with a wee bit of whisky and some rather funny British humor...
Love the dogs and the flowers!
What *did* I do Saturday ... hmmm ... thinking ...
Oh! I took Cam shopping! All of his clothes from last summer are too big due to the 40 lbs he's lost and the 5" he's grown. Then he needed a new pair of sneakers (size 14) and shoe cleaner (they are white - must be kept clean). Stopped at Burger Kink for a square butt, then headed to church!
Those look like daisies in the last pic, not pansies. Just sayin'...
Very pretty! I love all the flowers this time of year!
We went looking for our first house. It's an effort but an exciting one :)
Much of the same ;)
Daisies are my favorite. I also walked the yard and did some weeding.
I love the daisies!
I rode my bike on one of the first gorgeous warm days here in Boston.
Cute pups!
Those dogs are so awesome!
Saturday was boring. Today was glorious! Perfect weather. Spent most of the day outside not doing anything too important.
Awe, that sounds nice. :)
I dried one load of laundry for five hours because the heating unit is jacked.
I would have much rather spent my day like you.
My Saturday was spent listening to the falling rain (yay! need it!) while cooking all day long for a dinner party. The rain cleared just in time to cover the picnic table with towels and enjoy an evening under the stars.
The first pic on your blog? I wondered if Mr. Handsome was a statue. Looking so regal and all.
Gorgeous dogs!
Drove from Akron Ohio to New York, having spent the week in St. Louis.
Your dogs are definitely "the COOL dogs" in neighborhood. Look at those cute faces and that laid back way about them. I love it!
Your flowers are beautiful...and the field of daisies are my favorite!
My Saturday was spent running around Miami trying to find shoes and a few b-day gifts for my hubby. His b-day's today!
Enjoy your week, girl friend! Kiss the pups for me. ;)
I obviously did nothing interesting, because I don't remember. I do that a lot. I'm sure it will come to me later.
Sounds like a very nice day! :)
That white dog of yours is so absolutely beautiful!!!!!!
And what a wonderful porch! Aren't Daisy's just so cheery and "spring"?
Heaven :)
We were at a trap shoot with the motor home and our two cats. first time we brought the girls and they did quite well. all was right with my world.
Trace is downright regal!
and Mr. Handsome has such a sweet smile
Your dogs are gorgeous! I spent mine studying, and spent the evening at work :(
That si one great porch you have there...real nice
I went grocery shopping with my FIL, always a relaxing way to spend a weekend. *shudder*
What a fantastic front porch! I just love porches on which you can sit and watch the world go by. The flowers are lovely, and, my! your dogs are just beautiful!
I once visited my husband's family in Arlington (TN) and was so impressed by how green and lush everything was - and everyone had those fabulous front porches!
I spent the weekend painting the BACK porch! Ha!
Hi RLL,
Your verandah is lovely and your dogs are gorgeous.
We, Richie and I had a pleasant saturday enjoying our dogs and the sunshine and each other.
Love,
Herrad
