I wasn't with my Mom when she found the dress of her dreams. (And no, that isn't it.) When she came back to the office, she said, "I stopped at a dress shop on the way here and I found a couple that I liked."
"Tell me about them."
"Well, one of them is really pretty. It's off-white and comes off the shoulder. I really like it, but I'm afraid that it's too young for me."
"How does it make you feel?"
"Like I'm 18 again."
"I'd buy two."

Way to go mom.
Just stumbled onto your blog - love it and love this entry!!! Thanks!
ha ha. Awesome
:) You're such a wonderful daughter. She's totally going to feel like a princess in that dress!
Arh .. wedding dresses! It is gorgeous... but I feel that beauty should come from within the person. I tend to hide mine, but that's my personal preference. I'm sure your mum will look delisious..
You are giving her so much more than a party...or even a wedding.
It sounds like you are giving her a long forgotten dream.
I am in awe of you! I can't wait to see the beautiful bride. :)
Have a wonderful weekend, Sugar.
